Daniel G. Mann, P.E.
Principal

Dan graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering. As a principal of William-Daniel, he is in charge of the day to day operations of the company as well as project management and design. Dan is licensed as a professional engineer in the states of Arizona, California, and Colorado. He has extensive experience in multi-family developments, commercial and industrial developments and public projects that include libraries and schools. Dan has worked with most of the municipalities throughout the valley and brings knowledge of the differences in standards and codes between them. Dan is also a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers and Valley Partnership.

William H. Nowak, P.E.

Will is an Arizona native and graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering. He is licensed as a professional engineer in the state of Arizona. As a principal of William-Daniel, Will is in charge of the company staff as well as project management and design. He has extensive experience in large master planned communities, single-family residential developments, and commercial developments. Will has worked with many of the municipalities throughout Arizona. He is also a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers and the Urban Land Institute.
